Smith has joined the Michigan Retailers Association (MRA) as a regional marketing
representative providing service to retailers in east-central Michigan and the
Thumb area.
Smith, a resident of Holt, previously worked as a sales associate for Naked Furniture in Lansing. He holds a degree in business management from Ferris State University.
Smith's MRA territory includes the counties of Clare, Gladwin, Arenac, Isabella, Midland, Bay, Gratiot, Saginaw, Clinton, Shiawassee, Huron, Tuscola, Sanilac, Genesee, Lapeer and St. Clair.
MRA provides a comprehensive menu of cost-saving services to retailers, including credit card processing, workers' compensation insurance, health and dental benefits, property and casualty insurance, Internet access, and legislative advocacy and support.
