MRA sponsors business seminars in Lansing

LANSING -- Retailers and other business owners in Greater Lansing can discover profitable business strategies in two upcoming seminars sponsored by the Michigan Retailers Association (MRA).

Power Promoting and Creating Customers for Life will be held Tuesday, May 22, from 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn South in Lansing.

Legendary Customer Service will be held Thursday, June 7, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Kellogg Center on the Michigan State University campus in East Lansing.

Presented by Al Arens, president of Life Enhancing Programs in Alma, "Legendary Customer Service" highlights the importance of quality service and shows how to meet the customer's need for value and dignity. Practical steps for handling dissatisfied customers are included.

Cost of the seminar is $15 for MRA members and $25 for non-members.
