Retail seminar features promotion ideas and strategies for customer loyalty

LANSING -- The Michigan Retailers Association (MRA) is sponsoring a professional education seminar for retailers and other business owners next week in Lansing.

Power Promoting and Creating Customers for Life
Date: Tuesday, May 22
Time: 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Place: Holiday Inn South, Lansing
Description: This double-header seminar is presented by veteran retailer Tom Shay, head of Profits+Plus Seminars. "Power Promoting" shares dozens of successful promotion ideas that stand out from the clutter of traditional advertising. "Creating Customers for Life" helps retailers recognize the five types of customers, provide the five qualities every customer wants and fulfill the customer's equation for value to keep customers coming back.
