GRAND RAPIDS -- The Michigan Retailers Association (MRA) is sponsoring a professional education seminar for retailers and other business owners next week in Grand Rapids.

Place: Amway Grand Plaza Hotel, Grand Rapids
Description: Bob Negen of Specialty Retail Solutions shows retailers how to increase their sales more rapidly by maximizing the value of every customer. Tools such as customer databases and frequent buyer programs facilitate communication with customers and increase their loyalty to the business. Negen shares expertise gained in the operation of his own specialty retail store, Mackinac Kite Co.
