Seminar trains retailers in the ABCs of excellent service

FARMINGTON HILLS -- The Michigan Retailers Association (MRA) and Wayne State University (WSU) are sponsoring a professional education seminar for retailers and other business owners next week in Farmington Hills.

Description: Bill Middlebrooks of Excellence in Action, Inc., shows why exceptional customer service is so vital and how employee satisfaction drives customer satisfaction and company profits. Attendees discover strategies to make their businesses more employee- and customer-focused.
