Seminar trains retailers in the ABCs of excellent serviceFARMINGTON HILLS -- The Michigan Retailers Association (MRA) and Wayne State University (WSU) are sponsoring a professional education seminar for retailers and other business owners next week in Farmington Hills. The ABCs of Exceptional Customer
Service "The ABCs of Exceptional Customer Service" is one in a series of 10 business seminars being offered throughout the state this spring by MRA's Michigan Retailers Academy. MRA also offers online education through its website at www.retailers.com. The Michigan Retailers Association is the unified voice of retailing in Michigan and the nation's largest state trade association of general merchandise retailers. MRA's more than 5,500 retail business members operate more than 12,000 stores across the state.
