FARMINGTON HILLS -- The Michigan Retailers Association
(MRA) and Wayne State University (WSU) are sponsoring a professional education
seminar for retailers and other business owners next week in Farmington
Hills.
The Not-So-Subtle Art of Negotiation
Date: Tuesday, June 19
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Place: WSU Oakland Center, Farmington Hills
Description: Joan Gossman, WSU director of purchasing, teaches
win-win negotiating skills that help business professionals get what they
need and want in a business deal. The session revolves around real-life
situations, from lease agreements to supplier contracts.
Cost: $49 for MRA members, $69 for non-members

of 10 business seminars being offered throughout the state this spring
