LIVONIA -- The Michigan Retailers Association (MRA) will
present a professional education seminar next week in Livonia for retailers
and other business owners.
Increasing Sales Creatively

Time: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Place: Best Western Laurel Park Suites, 16999 South Laurel Park
Drive, Livonia
Description: Floral designer and retailer Carolyn Mizisin will
share "tricks of the trade" learned during her 22 years in the floral
and gift business. Topics include better buying at gift shows, using in-store
workshops to attract customers and working with local crafters to introduce
unique lines of merchandise.
Cost: $15 for MRA members, $25 for non-members

This seminar is part of a series of professional development
courses being offered throughout the state this spring by MRA's Michigan
Retailers Academy.
