will present an upcoming professional education seminar in Grand Rapids
for retailers and other business owners.

Place: Amway Grand Hotel, 187 Monroe NW, Grand Rapids
Description: Al Arens, president of Life Enhancing Programs, shows
business owners and their employees how to make their customer service
the talk of the town. Learn the three ways attitudes are conveyed and
the five steps to handle an irate customer. Discover the mental outlook
necessary to meet the customer's need for value and dignity.
