Harbor Health and Massage offers therapeutic and relaxing massages from a nationally certified massage therapist, as well as classes in yoga, strength training, relaxation, massage and other topics relating to wellness and health. It features a series of Pilates training classes.

The store’s website offers an online registration form and detailed information about all services and classes, as well as background information about the massage therapist and trainers on staff.
