Retail consultant gives customers a mini-vacation

LANSING - Mike Crosson, of M Crosson Associates in Clinton Township, will present “Give Customers a Mini-Vacation” at the Michigan Retail Education Conference March 5. The conference is given by the Michigan Retailers Association and will be held at the Soaring Eagle Resort in Mount Pleasant. Crosson helps retailers create an inviting store atmosphere for customers.

Crosson will show attendees how to create a mini-vacation for the customer and how to take advantage of the hundreds of “retail tourists” shopping in Michigan.

The presentation is one of six seminars at MRA's 5th Annual Retail Education Conference. Other topics include:
