Carol’s Hallmark, a specialty retailer with stores in Tecumseh, Saline and Lambertville, has opened shop in the Mall of Michigan, an Internet retailing and shopping service operated by the Michigan Retailers Association (MRA).
Shoppers can access Carol’s Hallmark online through the Mall of Michigan at www.mallofmichigan.com. The site is listed in the Gifts section.
Carol’s Hallmark, which celebrated 25 years in business in 2006, offers a full line of gifts and home decor, from popular brand names such as Yankee Candle to more unusual gifts and collectibles carefully selected by owners Gary and Carol Larkin, suitable for all ages and occasions. The store offers gift cards, free gift wrapping, layaway and imprinting.
The store’s website offers information about each store, special offers, new items and online gift certificates. Links to the main websites for product lines such as Hallmark and Webkins allow shoppers to order online, or shoppers may call the store to special-order items from these distributors. Shoppers can sign up for the store’s e-mail newsletter.
The Mall of Michigan is a collection of unique specialty shops—all of them MRA members—offering distinctive products online. More than 150 Michigan businesses now participate in e-commerce through this website.
The Michigan Retailers Association is the unified voice of retailing in Michigan and the nation’s largest state trade association of general merchandise retailers. MRA’s 5,500 retail business members operate more than 13,000 stores across the state.
