Ladies Workout Express is a full-service, circuit-training facility for women only. The owner and staff take a personal interest in the health and well-being of their growing list of members, which is already over 100. Along with cardio and weight machines, there are tanning beds, diet foods and professionally monitored weight loss programs.

Target market:
Females age 12 and up. Women in their 30s to 60s make up 80 percent of the membership.
