Michigan Retailers Association’s second annual retail education conference: “Beat the Odds: Education to Enhance Your Business,” is scheduled for June 7. The one-day conference, held at Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort in Mount Pleasant, will bring together retailers around the state for six fast-paced educational seminars, along with chances to network and have some fun.

Last year’s participants had enthusiastic praise for the event. Ray Bell, who made the three-hour drive from St. Ignace to attend last year, said: “We’ll definitely come again next year, and probably bring other employees.”
