At Michigan Jewelers Associations Spring Seminar event, two seminars will focus on improving your interactions with customers to increase sales. The morning seminar, Romancing the Customer: Because Business Is About Relationships will use love and romance as a metaphor for exploring how to attract and retain customers. Effective Suggestive Selling, offered in the afternoon, is a results-oriented sales-training program that makes the sales process fun and non-threatening for both the salesperson and the customer. The seminars promise to be fun and valuable for all retailers, not just jewelers. A continental breakfast and buffet luncheon are included.
