Foreback joins MRA staff

A new voice is greeting members who contact MRA’s Customer Service department. Lori Foreback accepted a full-time position with the Association in October, working in both the Customer Service and Customer Data departments.

“Everyone here has been great to work with. I’m enjoying my job and getting to know the other folks here,” Foreback said.

Foreback came on board at a busy time for the Customer Service and Data departments. Her first months have seen the relocation of both departments to another floor for improved efficiency.

Before joining MRA, Foreback worked in the Customer Service department at Michigan State Seed Solutions, a wholesale supplier of turfgrass, farm and habitat seed in Grand Ledge.

Foreback and her husband live in Grand Ledge, where she grew up. She has a 14-year-old daughter and a 14-year-old stepdaughter who keep her busy. In her spare time, she enjoys working on restoring an old motorboat.
