Practical help on retailers.comOn MRA’s website, retailers.com, the “Member Services” section is especially helpful for existing members. It’s found in the second column on the bottom left of our main page at www.retailers.com. “Member Services” is loaded with specific information and down loadable forms. Of course, you may contact Customer Service (800.366.3699) whenever you need assistance. The “Member Services” subheadings include: • Credit Card Processing–provides an overview of this service, along with an online form to request more information from a marketing rep. Forms for purchasing equipment and ordering supplies can be downloaded here as well. • Insurance Programs–provides overviews of MRA’s workers’ comp, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans, including links to downloadable forms. • Retailers Mutual Insurance Company–provides a link to www.retailersmutual.com, the company’s website. • Other Services–covers MRA’s Shipping Savings, gift card and payroll processing programs, among others; provides down-loadable forms. • Download Forms–“one-stop shopping” for all the forms a member might need. • Contact Your Marketing Rep–provides photos, phone numbers and links to e-mail addresses for MRA’s regional marketing reps, along with the regions (by county) each rep serves.
