MRA Customer Service Bulletins... Open enrollment approaches… The May-June period is also open enrollment for MRA’s self-funded dental and vision insurance programs, administered by Delta Dental Plan of Michigan and Delta Vision. A second open enrollment period is held in November-December for dental and vision. Participants are encouraged to consider possible changes to their health, dental or vision insurance plans, and all members can take this opportunity to review MRA’s insurance programs.
