Association offers labor law posters

Michigan Retailers Association now sells the labor law posters employers are mandated to display in every workplace. The state and federal posters reflect the new minimum wage rates and satisfy employers’ posting requirements.

Even in Michigan, where the state minimum wage is higher than the federal one, federal labor law posters must reflect the new federal rate, which went up on July 24, 2007.

The full-color posters are laminated on both front and back.

The Michigan poster is 27” x 34” and includes all required notices, including minimum wage, workers’ compensation, and MIOSHA health and safety protections. The federal poster is 19” by 27” and includes all required notices, including Equal Employment Opportunity, the Family and Medical Leave Act and IRS withholding.
