Dental & Vision open enrollment…

Open enrollment for Delta Dental and Delta Vision is underway from now until the end of January. During open enrollment, MRA dental or vision insurance participants can add employees and dependents, to become effective immediately.

Open enrollment is also the time for members who do not currently participate in MRA’s dental or vision program to join. The next open enrollment period for the Delta Dental or Delta Vision plan is in June.

To make changes to your existing plan, please contact Customer Service at 800.366.3699. To enroll your group for dental or vision insurance, contact Linda Pollock at the same number.


BCBSM rate renewals…

In January and February, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan will mail its Rate Renewal Certification to members who participate in health insurance. MRA Customer Service urges members to complete and submit the form to BCBSM by the deadline indicated in the materials.

Those who don’t submit the Rate Renewal Certification form to BCBSM by the deadline—or who submit an incomplete form—face a steep rate surcharge beginning July 1. Call MRA’s Customer Service with questions.
