Dual Pricing

  • Once configured in the portal, the POS calculates both cash, credit, and any other tenders totaled at checkout.
  • After viewing the pricing by payment type, the customer selects their preferred tender on the screen, putting the choice directly in their hands.

Customer Module

  • The Customer Module (CRM) allows businesses to manage customer records, track transactions, and view customer-related activity within the POS and Genius Portal systems.
  • The Customer Details Page provides a comprehensive, scrollable view of a customer's profile–combining identity data, engagement metrics, and transactional history in one place, giving staff and managers an understanding of the customer.
  • With new user permission settings, the owner of the Portal (Back Office) will have access to the Customer Module but other staff members will need to be granted access.
