LANSING, MI – Michigan Retailers Association (MRA) has announced its endorsement of Mike Rogers for United States Senate in the 2026 election.

As a State Senator, a Congressman, and a cybersecurity professional, Rogers has a strong resume, with particular expertise in the issues where government policy and business increasingly intersect, including technology, trade, supply-chain security, and economic competitiveness.

“Mike Rogers understands the policy environment that retailers operate in,” said Bill Hallan, President and CEO of Michigan Retailers Association.  “Retailers need someone with experience in Washington to help foster a climate where businesses and consumers can both succeed.”

Friend of Retail 2026 BadgeThis endorsement marks the second from Michigan Retailers Association for the 2026 general election after endorsing Doug Lloyd for Michigan Attorney General in June. Endorsements are made by the Michigan Retailers Association Board of Directors, a group of retail leaders representing a variety of businesses across Michigan. Michigan Retailers Association also designates certain State House and State Senate candidates as “Friends of Retail.”

Founded in 1940, MRA represents nearly 5,000 businesses operating 15,000 stores and websites around the state. Vote With Your Retailer Cap On_Light
